Hello. Thankyou for bringing the amendment to my notice and for giving me the opportunity to comment. I appreciate this. My comments are that any I would like any future amendments of the VPA (by any party) to be put on public exhibition, not just at the discretion of Council. I would also like the draft agreement to eb amended to state, in relation to construction of the pedestrian bridge at the Fields - 'Work to be completed within 12 months of the date of registration of any Subdivision Certificate' without the current phrase which says 'or by such other time as agreed by the Parties in writing.' Residents of the Fields deserve to have their pedestrian bridge to the village built before the first resident moves in.

The photo you have for this on your page shows the sign to Sutton that no longer exists after someone ran their car through it. Any idea when Sutton is going to get a new sign???
